If a Problem Occurs with a Gift Certificate(Voucher).
In the rare case where a problem with the Gift Certificate(Voucher) System may occur, please contact the store
immediately by using the Store Contact Form
found in the Information section in the left column.
Please make sure you give as much information as possible in the email including:
1) Your Name and Store Account Email Address.
2) The Date the problem occurred.
3) If the problem occurred when sending a Gift Certificate to someone else, please provide their Name
and Email Address
4) Any additional information about the problem such as the page where you experienced the error, exact error messages, etc.
We will attempt to correct the problem and respond to you as soon as possible.
