Downloading Files

Depending on your computer and browser, simply clicking on the Links on this page may cause the files to open immediately in your browser, or you may be asked to save it to your computer. Because these are large files, opening them in your browser may cause the download to FAIL. We suggest you force the download of the file. The way to do this is by clicking on the link with your right mouse button (or hold the mouse button down if you are using a Mac), then select either "save to disk", "save target as...", or "save link as..." or the equivalent action offered by your particular browser. Depending on how your browser is configured, the file may download automatically to your "Desktop", your "Library" folder, your "Downloads" folder, or somewhere in your "My Documents" folder. Or you may be prompted to save the file somewhere on your computer. In any case, you want to take whatever actions necessary that will allow you to Save a Copy to your computer somewhere that you can easily find it so you can access it or print it out later. Please also check to see that the security settings on your computer and your browser are set to allow you to download files. |

Registering for an eMail Series

Depending on how your browser is configured, clicking on the Registration Links on your Order Confirmation or Order History page may cause the registration page to open in your current browser window or the page may open in a new window. In either case you will need to fill out the registration from on the page that opens in order to get the email series or ecourse you have purchased. After submitting the registration form you will receive an email message confirming the success of your registration. Please also check to make sure that you can receive email from us.
