Shipping: Order Processing and Delivery
We normally ship orders within one to two business days. No orders are processed on the weekend or during national holidays. If you have a time sensitive delivery please take this into account when placing your order and choosing your shipping method.
For example, if you are placing an order on Monday and you wish to have it arrive during the day on Friday, given that it may take up to two days to process your order, the only reliable way of ensuring it arrives on Friday is by choosing a shipping method that guarantees either a one-day or two-day delivery time.

eBook and eBooklet Refunds Policy
Within 10 days of purchase, if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the content or quality of any of our eBook or eBooklet titles you may request a full refund. No refund will be made for items more than 10 days after purchase.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR DUPLICATE eBook OR eBooklet PURCHASES. Offering eBook packages creates a rather problematic issue for us in that it becomes easy for our customers to inadvertently order more than one copy of an eBook. As a very small publisher it would quickly become cost prohibitive for us to offer eBook packages if we needed to figure out refunds for people every time they happened to purchase a duplicate copy. And, while duplicate physical copies are easy to give to others as gifts, the process for doing this with eBooks can be somewhat less obvious.
If you discover that you have inadvertently ordered a duplicate copy of one of our eBooks or eBooklets, our preference is that you find someone who can make use of the "extra" copy of the eBook and essentially give them your "ownership right" for the extra copy you purchased by sending them the eBook file in whatever way is easiest for you. You can simply send it to them as an email attachment. The file you downloaded is not digitally protected in any way so the recipient will have no problem using it. Thank you for your understanding in regard to this policy.
Within 30 days of shipment, you may return any unused item for a full refund, less shipping charges. (We will even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.) No refund will be made for items that are used or that are received by us more than 30 days after shipment. Items that are damaged during shipment may be exchanged within 30 days of shipment for the same product. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are returned in un-sellable condition will not be refunded.
Returns Shipping Charges Policy
Items returned for failure of the delivery attempt for reasons that are outside our control, (such as non-deliverability as addressed, inaccurate address, being unclaimed by recipient, etc.) will not eligible for a refund of the shipping charges. If you request re-shipment of items that were returned to us for any reason that was outside of our control, you will also be responsible for paying the new shipping costs associated with the shipping method that you request we use to re-ship your items to you again.
Packaging and Shipping Your Return
Please indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip which was enclosed with your original order, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate on a separate piece of paper the order number, the date purchased, the name address, phone, and e-mail address of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for the return. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.

If you provide an accurate e-mail address with your return correspondence, we will notify you, via e-mail, of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). If your return qualifies for a refund according the these policies, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days after we receive your return.
