Return Policy
Within 30 days of shipment, you may return any unused item for a full refund, less shipping charges. (We’ll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.) No refund will be made for items that are used or that are received by us more than 30 days after shipment. Items that are damaged during shipment may be exchanged within 30 days of shipment for the same product. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are in unsellable condition will not be refunded.
Packaging and Shipping Your Return
Please indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip which was enclosed with your original order, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate on a separate piece of paper the order number, the date purchased, the name address, phone, and e-mail address of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for the return. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.

Refunds
If you provide an accurate e-mail address with your return correspondence, we will notify you, via e-mail, of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days after we receive your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
